changing the drop length on the brown and black totes from 12″  to 9.5″

changing the drop length on the black tote with the 9″ drop stitched handles and the tan tote with the green pocket to 2.5″

replacing D rings on purse, repair/remove the pen loop, and see if anything can be done for the zipper.
