This is a replica of the jerkin worn by the ranger king.
Each jerkin is make out of 3-4 ounce dark brown suede, with a dark brown goat skin overlay hand stitched over each front side.
It is closed in the front via 5 braided leather ties, and adjusted on the sides by leather lace closures.
Each jerkin is left unhemmed on the bottom edges, but you also have the option of distressing the jerkin to further fray the edges and add some darkening throughout to give the appearance of wandering the wilds of Eriador.
We have two sizes available, the S/M size adjusts to fit size 36-42 chest. The L/XL will fit 42-48
The Jerkin’s are made 35″ long in the front, 37″ in the back. If you would like yours longer or shorter, let me know and we will adjust the size.

I ordered this jerkin for my kit and they were willing to customize it by making it slightly longer and using strap and buckle closure (as seen on their other jerkins). They knocked it out of the park and whenever my kit comes up in conversation I always say that this piece is really what ties it all together.
