Leather Vambraces with Attached Elbow Armor

This listing is for a set of forearm armor with elbow armor attached.

These vambraces are identical to our “Greenwood vambraces” but feature leather elbow protection that are point tied the end allowing them to pivot and move with your arm in a way that bazuband do not.

Each vambrace is made out of 8 – 10 ounce latigo cowhide.

They are closed via two buckled straps, with a third strap anchoring the elbow to the upper arm. The have the option of being impregnated with wax to make them much more rigid, which makes them legal armor for heavy combat in many martial arts groups.

The wax impregnation does darken the leather, so bear that in mind when ordering.

When ordering, include a measurement of the length of your arm from your wrist to your elbow, as well as the circumference of your arm at both ends of the length measurement.

Note* If measurements are given the goal will be to have the edges of the vambraces meet flush around your arm. If you would like them to overlap, or are planning on wearing padding underneath, be sure to factor that into your measurements.
