Handmade Leather Sheath for the Kabar Slabby

This is a handmade leather sheath for the ka bar 1310 Slabby fixed blade knife

This sheath is an improvement over the injection molded plastic sheath that comes stock from kabar.

It is hand-stitched out of 8-10 ounce latigo cowhide, (or 8-10 ounce vegetable tanned cowhide if the “natural” color is chosen) and can be ordered in vertical or horizontal carry, with the scout carry being available with an ambidextrous or snap closure loop.

The scout style suspension is designed to be worn in the back and drawn with your dominant hand, so keep that in mind when ordering for right or left handed. for example, If you are right handed and want to carry the knife in front and draw it cross-style, you will need to order the left handed snap loop.
