Samurai Style Shoulder Armor

This is a set of Japanese inspired shoulder armor.

Each set is made of 8 overlapping panels of 8-10 ounce leather laced on with paracord.

You have the option of leaving the leather unhardened, or hardening the leather with wax making it much more protective, and legal protection for many fighting groups (SCA, HEMA etc.)

You also have the option of attaching the shoulders across the chest and under the arms via paracord straps with toggles, or with straps and buckles.

We also offer a leather mantle gorget that is a much more secure and comfortable way to mount the shoulders. Check out the other listing if you’re interested in that option.

As a standard, we will use black paracord to lace everything together. Many other color option are available. feel free to message me if you’d like a different color.

Be advised that wax hardening the leather with darken it considerably.
